How do you ship within the UK?
We use Royal Mail’s ‘Tracked 48’ service, which offers tracked delivery within 2-3 days.
The best way to get an accurate cost for postage and packaging is to load your basket and proceed until you see the shipping cost. By way of example, two 7-inch records will cost £3.50, two 12-inch records £4.50, up to six 12-inch records £5.50.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the world served by Royal Mail International Tracked, which aims to deliver to Europe within 5 working days and worldwide within 7 working days. Please note that these are Royal Mail estimates, and it can take longer, especially outside of Europe, when two to three weeks would not be unusual.

For the US, two 7-inch records will cost £13.00, two 12-inch records £22.00, and up to six 12-inch records £28.00.
Do you handle import duties?
No, should any be incurred, these are your responsibility.
EU orders are shipped with IOSS, so VAT is already paid. This means that there should be no fees to pay on arrival.
How do you package orders?
As keen record buyers ourselves, we understand the importance of packaging orders as securely as possible. We use robust Lil Packaging CLP Bukwrap mailers for all LP orders and Lil Packaging Flatpack F-EP mailers for 7-inch records to ensure that orders arrive in good shape.
We also provide Spincare outer sleeves when these are not provided by the labels.
We take every care packaging your records carefully, but sometimes things can go wrong on the way. We are really sorry if this happens, but we are not responsible and can not provide refunds or returns for minor damage (e.g., seam splits, corner bumps etc) to your order. However, if your records suffer serious damage, then please do not hesitate to drop us an email.
What are your processing times?
We aim to ship all orders within two to three working days. Our website only displays records that we have physically in stock.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We try to restock items that sell-out quickly but are dependent on what we can source from the labels at any given time.
