Gruff vocals, drenched in pessimism but defiant at heart, lyrics verging on the poetic, growled over driving guitars that are laced with an unquenchable melancholy.  I often feel that Leatherface are the most misused of comparators, but few contemporary bands build on that band’s musical legacy quite so compellingly as these Copenhagen punks.
