Hailing from Montreal, this is the debut five track EP from Recall.  Ferocious d-beats form the rhythmic base, but the fuzzily discordant dual guitars and harshly barked vocals draw more readily from raw punk and crust influences.  This harshly fluid battery provides a perfect counterpoint to the coruscating lyrical dissection of austerity economics, the surveillance state, and environmental degradation.  The choppy riffage of Acid Rain and the surging intensity of Stress Position are particular highlights.
