This is a pre-order for the debut 7-inch, Violent Urge, from Reality’s Demise. The estimated shipping date is Friday 8th January 2027. If your order contains this EP, your entire order will not ship until it is in stock. I’ve not yet had a chance to dive in but here are Iron Lung’s thoughts to tide you over…
‘Violent Urge’ is dark two-stepper hardcore that uniquely bridges the gap between the meaner end of youth-crew (Straight Ahead/early Infest type shit) and heavy metallic hardcore (Judge/Integrity/etc.). As comfortable at the gym as it is at the skatepark. Ready to work, ready to thrash, and definitely hard as hell.
300 copies on black, 200 on purple 70gr vinyl housed in a 12pt reverse board glued pocket sleeve with insert included. Recorded by Hidalgo with additional tracking by Tunks. Mixed and mastered by Will Killingsworth.
FFO: Judge, Citizen’s Arrest, Cadaver Dog, Spine, Raw Breed, Vile Gash, Straight Ahead, Integrity.
