Myteri are a crust punk band defined by their overt emphasis on partnering soaring melodies with raging dystopian vocals. Musically this lends Illusion, their third full length release, a brighter texture than some of Myteri’s contemporaries, but the power of their delivery remains undeniable.
Myteri is a five-piece band from Sweden that combines hardcore, crust, and d-beat to create a crucible of uncompromising vocals, unyielding melodies, and merciless percussion, in order to inspire change. The band examines the conflict between being alive and being human, while being completely conscious of the fact that mankind is the most destructive species on the planet.
