Featuring members of Swing Kids / Planet B (Justin Pearson), Squid Pisser (Tommy Meehan), Run With The Hunted (Jason Klein), and ACxDC (Brian Amalfitano), Deaf Club unleash an utterly manic, acidic hardcore eruption on this their debut full-length, Productive Disruption.  Fourteen songs in just twenty-three minutes gives you a flavour of the band’s unyielding intensity as raw, impassioned vocals are underpinned by a rigorously tight rhythm section as Pearson spits out a rhythmically acerbic stream of consciousness deconstruction of contemporary America.

The guitars, meanwhile, bring a more virtuoso element into play, writhing in frenzied, unexpected directions, and just as chaos threatens, locking back in with the wider band to crushing effect.  Almost psychedelic flourishes provide fleeting flashes of respite before the band reasserts its bewildering sonic violence, as perfectly encapsulated on the searing Don’t Forget To Live and Wide Lawn, Narrow Mind.
